This house id Old Florida at it's finest. The clients wanted a traditional Cracker Style Home. What we used here is a "T" shaped plan where the main stem of the T contains the fireplace, living room and kitchen bathed in glass and flanked by raised wooden deck porches. It sits on a large wooded lot with lots of privacy so lots of glass and light were key things here. They have since added a screened in pool and I have watched many a Gator Game here. Everyone just loves it.
