These are a few site renderings and stills of a film I made working under The Genesis Group when they had their office here in Gainesville, Florida. We were a subconsultant to ECT. The park is a brownfield project located in SW Gainesville on Depot and Main. The design is by Len Buffington. The park is still in the process of being built. And it is taking forever!!
